Koikuchi Niboshi Soba, JPY950. "Hirakoya" opened at Tokyo Station for a limited time on Friday, October 5, 2022. "Koikuchi Niboshi Soba" is a soup made from six kinds of niboshi, including our own homemade niboshi made from roasted stone-roasted Hirako sardines from Aomori Prefecture and katakuchi sardines from Sakai Port in Tottori Prefecture. The taste of the soup is one after another, the taste of the dried sardines pushing in. It is like a full course of the dried sardines.
