"SANTORA" is a branch of the famous "Sumire" in Sapporo.
The noodles are specially ordered by Nishiyama Seimen, the standard for Sapporo Miso Ramen, and are characterized by their yellow, medium-thick, curly noodles.
The noodles are yellow, medium-thick, and limp. They are firm and chewy, and are well mixed with the broth.
The soup has an aroma of lard and ginger.
Note that the soup is very hot due to the lard film on the surface of the soup. Be careful not to burn yourself.
The taste is rich and slightly sweet. It also has a pork bone flavor.
The ingredients are chashu pork, ginger, pickled bamboo shoots, crumbled chashu pork, and green onion on top of the noodles.
The soup also contains stir-fried minced meat and bean sprouts.
