Feature
"Ramen GANTETSU" is famous for its regular menu as well as creative salt tsukemen (salted noodles) and other seasonal dishes.
The noodles are thin and straight in multi-packed water. They are slippery, easy to eat, and have an excellent thirst-quenching effect.
The soup is a well-balanced blend of Shiga Prefecture Awamai Jidori chicken, pork bones, dry ingredients such as tuna joints, and Mongolian rock salt, resulting in a clear broth.
Ingredients include two thick pork shoulder loin hangings, one small piece, two tuna pieces lightly flambéed with sake, several thin bamboo shoots, a boiled egg, greens, seaweed, and kujo leek cut like a white hair for condiments.
English is also written in English, making the restaurant friendly to foreign tourists.
