Feature
"Menya HYOTTOKO" is a long-established ramen restaurant located in the "Tokyo Kotsu Kaikan" near Yurakucho Station.
The clear, clean soup has a gentle, salty taste and is lightly seasoned with the flavor of Japanese-style dashi broth with bonito, kelp, and other seafood.
By gradually dissolving the yuzu (citrus fruit) in the broth, you can change the flavor of the soup to make it even more refreshing and cool.
The noodles are thin and straight, so that they do not interfere with the broth, and the broth is well mixed between the noodles.
The filling is a long, thin piece of chashu pork. The chashu noodle has three pieces of this pork, which is quite impressive.
