Lake Shinji Shijimi Chinese Soba Noodle Restaurant Amber is a popular ramen restaurant that has been listed in the Michelin Guide Tokyo Bib Gourmand for three consecutive years (2021, 2022, and 2023).
The soup is a slightly cloudy golden color, and the taste of shijimi clam broth floods your mouth the moment you drink it.
The noodles are thin and straight and intertwine well with the light soup.
The special ramen comes with five pieces of chashu pork, a meat wonton on the left, an ajitama on the right, bamboo shoots on top, purple onion in the middle, and kujo onion on top of that.
The ramen is very tasty, but since the restaurant is crowded every day, the rule is to fill in your name on the day of your visit.
If you do not speak Japanese, you will not be able to taste this gem.
The Ikebukuro branch will open in March 2023, so Lake Shijimi Shijimi Chuka Soba Noodles Kohaku's momentum will continue to grow.
