The owner, who loves ramen and wants to eat it every day anyway, continued his pursuit of ramen that can truly be eaten every day.
The soup is a W soup made of animal and seafood.
It is made mainly from pork gengkotsu, chicken bones, dried bonito flakes, mackerel flakes, and vegetables.
The sauce is a blend of 100% natural salt from Izu Oshima seawater and four kinds of soy sauce.
The noodles are medium-thick straight noodles made by Sugano Noodle Mills. It is a normal serving, but it is enough for a medium serving. The thick noodles make you want to take more than one sip of soup, and as a result, you find yourself finishing the soup.
The ingredients are chashu pork, pickled bamboo shoots, nori (seaweed), and green onion on top of the noodles. The chashu pork is tender but has a strong flavor. The menma is thick.
Overall, the ramen has a gentle taste and is certainly a ramen I would like to eat every day.
