Menson RAGE is a Japanese ramen restaurant offering high quality authentic Japanese ramen. Using only the finest and most carefully selected ingredients, we are dedicated to making each bowl of ramen delicious and authentic.
Soy Sauce Sauce Sauce - We blend several types of soy sauce, including freshly fried soy sauce, tamari soy sauce, and re-finished soy sauce, carefully selected from all over Japan. The blend and heat temperature are adjusted according to the time of year and soup conditions.
Soup・・・Huge amounts of chicken bones, chicken meat, oyakitori, vegetables, and dry ingredients are blended in a well-balanced manner and cooked over heat so that the soy sauce can be used to its fullest.
Dried soup・・・An animal offal of several kinds of dried sardines, kelp, and dried shiitake mushrooms. We dare to make it miscellaneous flavors so that it is not too clean.
We change the composition and heat of the dried sardines depending on our mood.
Mazesoba - Egg yolk soaked in smoked soy sauce.
Eat it while mixing the pickled egg yolk with noodles.
Lemon is enjoyed in the latter half of the dish to change the flavor.
Tsukemen (dipping noodles) ... Noodles soaked in special kelp water are dipped in the soup and eaten.
To split the soup, add the remaining kelp water to the soup to dilute it.
