"FeeL" was opened by the owner who trained at "Iida Shoten," which is well-known among ramen lovers.
The soup is made with the finest ingredients, with the exception of NO MSG, time-consuming brews, and salt, which are all handmade.
When you take a sip of the soup, the elegant taste of chicken will fill your mouth. Also, the condensed chicken flavor from the chicken oil "CHI-YU" is released all at once through the nose.
The noodles are thin and straight. They are boiled to softness.
They do not interfere with the soup, but create a sense of unity.
The special ramen ingredients include four kinds of chashu pork, mitsuba leaves, and a hint of citrus flavor.
It is very tasty, however, and the rule is to get a numbered ticket on the day of your visit, as the place is crowded every day. If you do not speak Japanese, you will not be able to taste this gem.
