Feature
"SUZUHARU" has not only shoyu ramen, but also shio ramen, shio tsukemen, and shoyu tsukemen, all of which are quite perfect, making a return visit a must.
Shoyu Ramen
The soy sauce flavor is strong and the aroma smells very nice.
The noodles are made from "KOKORO-NO-AJI-SHOKUHIN".
I did not know this, but "KOKORO-NO-AJI-SHOKUHIN" is the same type of noodle used in the "Tomita" family of noodles, which is famous for its tsukemen.
The noodles are thin, straight, and smooth.
They go well with the soup.
The ingredients are bamboo shoots, chicken chashu pork, pork chashu pork, and kaiware daikon radish on top of the noodles.
There are two types of chashu pork, one chicken and the other pork, and each can be enjoyed while tasting the differences between them.
The kaiware daikon also serves to alleviate the clinginess of the soy sauce, and the broth is even more thirst-quenching.
There is a Tokyo University nearby, so you can visit with them.
