"KENTA" offers Hakata Nagahama Ramen in Tokyo. When you enter the restaurant, the smell of pork bones wafts through the air. Many foreigners visiting Japan may not like this smell. However, when you eat it, it is delicious. It is similar to the "natto" that you may be familiar with. The noodles are thin and straight. The hard noodles absorb the soup well and are delicious. On the table top, you can add free toppings such as red ginger, hot red pepper, kikurage mushrooms, and garlic cloves. These toppings are not added at the beginning, but can be added gradually to "change the flavor" of the soup. The toppings are simple: green onions, nori (seaweed), and ajitama (seasoned egg). You can also enjoy kaedama (one more noodle).
