The noodles are homemade in our own noodle-making machine every morning. The thick, straight noodles are made with high water content and are characterized by their firm texture and chewy feel.
The soup is as thick and rich as the thick noodles, and makes maximum use of carefully selected ingredients imported from all over Japan. The soup is entwined firmly with the noodles, and its mildness without corners whets the appetite, and the hearty noodles also go down well. This is the kind of ramen we are aiming for.
The chashu pork is also made from Japanese shoulder roast.
