Feature
The noodles are very thick and take 12 minutes to boil.
The chewiness is excellent and the aroma of wheat can be fully appreciated.
The soup is rich and thick.
The broth is fully drawn from seafood such as dried sardines, pork bones, chicken, and other animals.
The key is to add fruit vinegar before finishing the meal.
Unlike regular grain vinegar, there are vinegars soaked in apple or lemon. Adding the fruity vinegar to the soup turns it into a mild broth.
For garnish, chashu pork, boiled egg, bamboo shoots, tsukune and green onion are prepared on a separate plate.
The reason for this is the staff's desire that you first taste the noodles and soup alone.
In addition, there are condiments that change daily.
The reason why we change it is because we want our customers to never get tired of eating tsukemen until the very end, which is why we came up with this form. We leave it up to the customer to decide whether or not to use the yakumi. The key is to add it little by little.
Dessert
Even though we are a ramen restaurant, for some reason we have desserts.
The famous one here is crème brûlée.
The cream is thick and tastes like vanilla. Also, the caramel is burnt to a crisp with a burner.
It is said that there are people who travel to the restaurant to try this.
There are eight seats at the counter, which can be swapped out for four people each. It is not suitable for groups. Also, note that there is a long waiting time due to the small number of seats.
