The owner, Mr. Miyamoto, opened the restaurant in 2015 after training at "Menya Ittou" in Shinkoiwa.
Soup
The soup is a muddy color of niboshi (dried sardines) and is very thick.
When you put it in your mouth, the aroma and taste of niboshi (dried sardines) overflow into your mouth.
It also contains onions, which alleviate the remaining niboshi in the mouth.
The noodles are very thick and flat.
The grainy ones are made of whole wheat flour with wheat hulls also kneaded into them.
They are chewy and have a unique flavor that is not overpowered by the broth.
The filling is very simple, with low-temperature cooked chashu pork on top of the noodles.
If you like dried shrimp ramen, you should check it out.
