Feature
The soup is a double broth of seafood and animal origin.
It has the aroma of dried bonito flakes and a pork bone feel with no odor, leaving a slight sweetness and yuzu flavor at the end.
The noodles are characterized by their elasticity, firmness, and thickness, just like udon noodles.
They also feel good when you eat them.
The sizes of the regular portion (200g) and the large portion (300g) are the same price.
The special toppings include three pieces of roasted pork, an ajitama (seasoned egg), a naruto (Japanese radish), and a kaiware daikon (Japanese radish) on top of the noodles. The soup also contains bamboo shoots and fine char-siu pork.
